Installation Oracle Database 12c (12.1.0.2) on Oracle Solaris 11.1 SPARC

In the last post we know about howto install Oracle Grid Infrastructure Standalone 12c on Oracle Solaris 11.1 SPARC

In this post i will show you howto install Oracle Database 12c (12.1.0.2) on Oracle Solaris 11.1 SPARC.

Installation.

0. Execute ./runInstaller

1. Enter your email to be informed of security issues. and click Next

If you don't want, you can leave it blank . This is a warning message Click Yes
.

2. Select "Install database software only " .

3. Select "Single instance database installation" . Click Next.

4. Select language and click Next.

5. Select database edition to install. i select "Enteprise Edition". and click Next.

6. Set the Oracle base and Software location click next

7.  you can select the privileged operating system groups and click next.

8. Prerequisite Checks.

Click "Ignore All". This is a warning message.click Yes.

9. Summary.

10. Installation

login in system with root and execute the root.sh.

11. Finish.
